Honeydew is a sugary liquid produced by aphids on noble trees, from which bees collect and make honeydew honey. Honeydew honey contains substances, minerals, trace elements and sugar that support the metabolic processes of the human body. Honey is best stored in a dry and cool place, protected from light. Do not put honey in the refrigerator, as it is not exposed to moisture. The natural temperature of a beehive is 37-42 degrees Celsius, and at temperatures higher than this, the health benefits of honey are reduced.
