HONEY B & LOVERS honey farm is located in the Natura 2000 nature reserve in the Strandja mountain range, in the small idyllic rural village of Sredets, in complete natural peace. Ancient white oak forests provide abundant food for bees and the area is completely unique in Europe. The area is surrounded by three seas: the Black Sea, the Sea of ​​Marmara and the Aegean Sea, whose sea breezes flow into the area. Particularly high daytime temperatures and low nighttime temperatures favor aphids to secrete a sugary liquid, which bees like to collect and which they then transform into honeydew honey in the beehive. The beehives and colonies of Strandja apiaries date back to the late 19th century. Strandja's unique natural heritage was recognized by the EU in 2019 and was certified with the Protected Designation of Origin (SAN).

The unique SAN honeydew honey is rich in substances that support the metabolic processes of the human body. It is scientifically proven to contain a lot of minerals, trace elements and salts, which are important for the absorption and transport of nutrients in the human body.
